Baseball

I was rummaging around for baseball books today, helping my daughter with a History Fair assignment, when I came across this image, tucked away inside a promotional flyer for the Diamonds are Forever exhibit from the 1980s. The artist is Michael Langenstein, and the work is titled Play Ball. It dates from 1982, but for a baseball fan like me, it’s as timeless as can be.
